If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, Classique Cleaners will come back and fix anything that we missed. If you are still not happy, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. We appreciate the chance to make things right with a re-cleaning before any refund is given. Per our policy, we can’t issue any refunds without an effort to correct the error first. All re-cleanings and refunds need to happen within 5-days of the original service. Our goal is to be the best cleaning company in Orange and we can’t do that without your feedback! Make sure we know as soon as you do when something was missed so we can make it right.
