Classique Cleaners provides dry cleaning, laundry, alterations, specialty garment care, and pickup/delivery services. The specific services we provide may vary by location and are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or for any item we deem hazardous, inappropriate for cleaning, or outside the scope of our expertise.
2. Pickup and Delivery
We offer pickup and delivery services to eligible customers within designated service areas. Free pickup/delivery is typically available for orders totaling $50 or more. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Customers must ensure someone is available to receive items unless alternative arrangements are agreed upon.
Classique Cleaners is not responsible for any items left unattended for pickup or delivery without prior consent.
3. Garment Care and Liability
We take great care in cleaning and handling your garments. However, all garments are cleaned at the customer’s risk. We follow industry-standard cleaning processes and use best judgment when determining how to clean items.
We are not liable for:

Normal wear and tear, shrinkage, fading, or color loss

Damage to fragile or improperly labeled items

Missing manufacturer care labels

Pre-existing damage, including weak fabrics, tears, or stains that cannot be removed
In the event of loss or damage deemed to be our responsibility, our liability will not exceed ten (10) times the cleaning cost of the item or a maximum of $100, whichever is less.
4. Unclaimed Items
Garments not claimed within 60 days of the service date may be considered abandoned. After this period, we reserve the right to donate, recycle, or dispose of items without further notice.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
If you are dissatisfied with our service, we offer a re-cleaning guarantee at no additional cost within 7 days of original service. Refunds are issued only at our discretion and are subject to management approval.
